ABS:
THIS INTENSE WORKOUT WILL HELP YOU STRENGTHEN, STRETCH AND TONE YOUR UPPER ABDOMINALS, LOWER ABDOMINALS, MIDSECTION AND OBLIQUES.
AQUA AEROBICS:
PUT ON YOUR BATHING SUIT, JUMP IN THE WATER AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A WORKOUT THAT SUPPORTS THE BODY AND REDUCES THE RISK OF MUSCLE AND JOINT INJURY. NO SWIMMING ABILITY IS REQUIRED =)
BELLY DANCING:
THE SHIMMERY STRIKING MOTIONS CAUSES A ROMANTIC MOVEMENT IN AN EXCITING WAY. THIS CLASS WILL HELP WEIGHT LOSS AND TONE MUSCLE IN THE TORSO, STOMACH, LEGS, ARMS, AND HIPS.
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU:
A MARTIAL ART, COMBAT SPORT, WHICH PRACTICES A SELF DEFENSE SYSTEM WHICH FOCUSES ON GRAPPLING AND GROUND FIGHTING TECHNIQUES.
Cardio abs:
ENJOY AN AMAZING CARDIO WORKOUT WHILE LISTENING TO UP-BEAT MUSIC THAT SETS THE MOOD! THIS INTENSE CLASS WILL GET YOUR HEART RATE UP, AND TONE YOUR ENTIRE BODY ESPECIALLY YOUR ABS!
CARDIO blast:
AN ESTABLISHED WORK OUT THAT’S PURPOSE IS TO GIVE YOU AN INSTANT BOOST OF ENERGY WITH VERY FEW WATER BREAKS. YOU WILL LOVE THE ADRENALIN AND THE EXTRA PUSH FOR YOU TO COMPLETE THE WORK OUT.
PILATES:
