Birthday party Astoria NY
Testimonial:
I just want to take a few minutes to say THANK YOU for such a wonderful day. My daughter and I attended John’s birthday party earlier today and I cannot get over how great you, your daughter and son were with the kids, how beautiful the room was, how friendly everyone was and your speech right before cake was the icing on MY cake. You are an old fashioned, genuine man who adores his family and loves kids. You dont find that very often nowadays. And for that, I just wanted to say THANK YOU.
I would recommend to anyone to have their children’s birthday party at your facility. Everything was so clean, so well run and the kids had a blast. I loved the fact that you were there to over see everything and your son and daughter were amazing with the children (and the parents).
It isn’t every day that I am impressed by a business or people like I was impressed by the Astoria Complex and you guys today. So I figured I would take the time to let you guys know that you are doing a spectacular job. My daughter talked about the party ALL DAY and I cannot wait to come back again.
I wish you nothing but continued success.

Soda tip
People who drink a can of soda a day are nearly 30% more likely to be obese. Two cans? 47%! Drink water as a substitute!
Eating Tip - Pizza
I’m pretty sure i can speak for most of us when i say Pizza Is AMAZING; however not amazing on the healthy side. But here’s a little fact some people don’t know; if you take a napkin and tap/ remove the grease on the slice, it will prevent you from consuming approximately a teaspoon of fat! Which is equivalent to 5 grams!

Children continue to explore using simultaneous and alternating arm and leg actions on the front and back to gain more proficiency for further strokes. This level also adds to the self-help and basic rescue skills introduced in the beginner levels.
- Pee-Wee Advance
The objective of this level is to build on all the skills learn in the previous levels by providing additional guided practice of basic swimming skills at slightly more proficient performance levels and greater distances and times.
